Morning practice to help you stay calm n focused all day long..
I would like to take a musical break in the morning..kind of relaxing...
Take five minutes in the morning and listen to violin concerto
or a piano piece by Chopin (i doin this)..if u prefer jazz,a piece of Miles Davis's Kind of Blue
or John Coltrane's My Favourite Thing may be a nice alternative.


Make sure that the music isn't pumping hard rock,but sumthing note meditative.
If you want sumthing more energetic,consider bout
Dvorak's symphony no.9,From the New World.


Once you have selected the appropriate song,let the music transport ur mind to another
place & time.Drift off to the last camping trip or vacation u took.
Remember a time when you went to a see a live orchestrra play for the 1st time.


Music has a soothing effect on the nerves.Music hap the power to
stir up warm memories,to make u smile inside,
and to calm your inner spirit...i do that...is work...try it if u wan...


I perfer music..cz i do love it very much!!haha~
